We’re always looking to add new talent to our recruitment team.

Recruiters are responsible for aggressively sourcing, screening, and selling available nursing and allied health jobs nationwide to the best qualified candidates. Recruiters are rewarded with a base salary and an uncapped commission plan.

• Meet or exceed individual sales goals as well as weekly key metrics.
• Build a pipeline of candidates to fill open positions through proactive sourcing.
• Recruit prospective candidates through established and innovative strategies.
• Provide follow through and maintain on-going contact with travelers while on assignment through frequent phone and email communication.

Requirements

• High School or GED required
• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of recruitment experience required.  Successful recruiting track record in the healthcare staffing industry preferred
• 3 years of management experience required
• Enthusiastic, competitive, results-driven and solutions oriented with a strong work ethic and integrity.
• Possesses the ability to positively influence associates to drive results while maintaining customer focus
